Who runs iince
iince didn't start as an agency. It started because I kept getting asked: do you know someone who can do this?
Running e-commerce stores meant hiring constantly — designers, developers, media managers, ad creatives, the people who actually make an online business work. Over time, the network of freelancers I trusted got bigger than my own projects could use. So I started introducing them to other store owners and agencies.

How much is the finder's fee?
It depends on the role and the size of the work, and we agree it with you in writing before we introduce anyone. You pay it once, and only if you hire someone we introduced.
What if nobody on the shortlist fits?
Tell us what was missing and we'll look again, or walk away. Turning candidates down never costs you anything.
Do you only place e-commerce roles?
E-commerce first, not e-commerce only. Most of our network works with online stores, but if you need someone remote for another kind of role, ask us.
Where are the freelancers based?
Most of the network is in Europe and Turkey, and everyone works remotely. We match on language and time zone, not just skills.
Do freelancers pay anything?
No. Joining is free, and we never take a cut of what freelancers earn. The employer pays our fee.
Is the shortlist always ready in 48 hours?
Usually, once we have a clear brief. If a role is rare, we tell you on day one how long it will take.
