Designers: questions
Before you hire.
Do I need a designer or a builder?
If you have a theme you like and only need it set up, a builder is enough. If the store needs to look and convert better, start with a designer; some designers build too.
Which tools do they work in?
Mostly Figma for store and campaign work, and Adobe tools for packaging and print. Tell us if your team needs a specific tool.
Can one designer do store, brand and ads?
Some can, especially for smaller brands. For packaging or print we usually shortlist a specialist.
