Product Designer (Growth) — Consumer Social Platform, Figma · San Francisco Bay Area

A well-established consumer social platform with millions of daily active users is hiring a full-time Product Designer for its Growth team. You'll shape how new people discover the product, get set up during onboarding, and stay engaged over time — working across iOS, Android, desktop and web. What you'll do - Own end-to-end design initiatives: a new notification type, an onboarding flow, an off-platform surface (embeds, links, invites, web pages, messages), or a search-discoverable web experience. - Produce production-ready specs and high-fidelity, interactive prototypes. - Partner closely with product management, engineering, user research and data science. - Share work early and often, drive projects autonomously, and raise blockers quickly. What we're looking for - 3+ years of product design experience on consumer-facing digital products (2+ with exceptional craft considered). - A strong visual foundation: typography, colour, hierarchy, composition, and comfort with design systems. - Solid interaction design: intuitive flows, information architecture and complex multi-step experiences. - High proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools such as Protopie, Framer or Principle. - Experience shipping collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
