Content creators: questions

Before you hire.

Do creators post on their own accounts?

Usually not. Most UGC is made for your ads and channels. If you want posting on their accounts, say so; it is priced differently.

Who owns the videos?

You should. We shortlist creators who agree to usage rights for ads, and we tell you if someone limits them.

Do you ship the product to the creator?

Yes, you do, before the shoot. Put shipping time into your timeline.
