Terms of Service

Effective October 13, 2026

1. What iince is

iince.com is a curated job board and introduction service for remote work. We list roles on behalf of employers, review applications, and introduce selected candidates to those employers. We are not the employer for listed roles, we are not an employment agency guaranteeing placement, and we make no promise that any application leads to an interview or job.

2. Free for jobseekers

Using iince as a jobseeker is free. We will never ask you for payment, banking details, or paid “training”. If anyone does so in our name, it is fraud — report it to hello@iince.com.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Information you submit must be truthful and about yourself.
  • One account/application identity per person; no bots or bulk submissions.
  • Keep your private tracking link to yourself — anyone with it can see your application statuses.

4. Employers

Employer listings are published anonymously by design. By submitting a role you confirm you're authorized to hire for it and agree that introductions we make are subject to our placement-fee agreement, concluded separately by email. Candidates introduced to you were sourced through iince; engaging them to circumvent the fee is a breach of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site, probe or overload our systems, attempt to access other people's data, or use listings to contact employers outside the iince process. We may suspend access and remove content to protect the service and its users.

6. Content & availability

Listings reflect what employers tell us and can change or close at any time. The service is provided “as is”; we work hard to keep it accurate and online but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iince is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

9. Changes, law & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. Contact: hello@iince.com.
