Is iince free for applicants?
Yes, always. We are paid a placement fee by the employer when someone we introduced is hired. You never pay anything, and anyone asking you for money in our name is not affiliated with us.
Why don't listings show the company name?
Employers hire through iince because they prefer not to publish listings under their own name, which tends to attract spam, competitor attention and large volumes of unscreened applications. You learn who the company is when we introduce you, before any interview.
Do I need an account to apply?
No. Applying takes one short form, and you receive a private tracking link. An optional account, which uses your email and no password, gathers all of your applications in one place.
Are these jobs legitimate?
Every listing comes from an employer we have spoken with directly. We do not copy jobs from other sites, and we remove roles as soon as they are filled.
What is the practice task on each job?
Each job has a short task taken from a real shift, like answering a customer email or typing a short audio clip. It takes about a minute and shows you what the work is like. On the job page nothing is sent to anyone. Some roles, like voiceover, transcription and writing, include a short skills check when you apply, and that result goes to our team with your application.
What happens after I apply?
A member of the iince team reviews your application, usually within a few business days. You receive an email at each change in status: under review, short-listed, introduced, hired or not selected.
Who can apply?
You must be at least 18. Most roles require you to live in the US. Each listing states its location requirement, and some are open to Canada or worldwide.
What do you do with my data?
We store only what you provide, use it only to process your applications, and never sell it. Resumes are kept in private storage that only the iince team can access. You can delete your data at any time from your dashboard or by emailing hello@iince.com. Full details are in our privacy policy.
I'm an employer. How do I list a role?
Send us the details on the employers page. Listing is free, and a one-time placement fee applies only when you hire someone we introduced.
