From practice task to introduction, with a person at every step.
iince lists fewer jobs than a typical job board and handles each application by hand. This is the whole process.

- Step 1
Try the job first
Every job has a short practice task taken from a real shift. It takes about a minute and shows you what the work is like before you commit to anything.
- Step 2
Apply in about two minutes
One short form: your name, email, year of birth, and a resume if you have one. There is no account to create. You get a private link to follow your application.
- Step 3
A person reviews it
Each application is read by a member of the iince team, not a keyword filter. We look at availability, setup and the details software tends to miss.
- Step 4
We introduce you to the employer
If you are a strong fit, we add you to the short list and introduce you to the company directly. This is when you learn who they are. Interviews and offers happen between you and them.
- Step 5
You hear back either way
Every status change is emailed to you and shown on your tracking page. If you are not selected, we tell you, and we keep your details for future roles.
Why employers are not named
Companies hire through iince to receive a short list instead of hundreds of unscreened emails. Keeping their name off the listing makes that possible. You always know who the employer is before an interview.
What it costs
Nothing for job seekers. Employers pay a placement fee when they hire someone we introduced. If anyone asks you for money in connection with an iince job, it is not us. Please report it to hello@iince.com.
