About the job
An online store with loyal customers needs someone to look after its support inbox. Most emails are about where an order is, how to return something, or how to change an address.

- Reply using saved answers, changed to fit the person
- Issue refunds and replacements by following a simple checklist
- Suggest new saved answers when you see the same question often

- Comfortable learning help desk software such as Zendesk

- Hours: 40 hrs
