The brief
A small-business owner is looking for a reliable, self-motivated virtual assistant for a long-term, varied mix of business and personal admin. No two weeks look alike, so flexibility and a calm head matter as much as organisation.
What you'll do:
- Help with simple online business setup
- Join a few short online meetings
- Follow up with vendors and companies on billing discrepancies
- Write product or service listings
- Pick up small, ad-hoc projects as they come
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable juggling several tasks at once while staying calm
- Good written English for listings and follow-ups
- Self-motivated, reliable and organised
- A good sense of humour
How it works:
- Ongoing, long-term engagement with monthly pay preferred, and scope to earn more as the business grows
- Budget: USD 250-750 per month
