Remote Data Entry Analyst — Full-Time (US), Excel & Databases

An established US-based software company is hiring a full-time Remote Data Entry Analyst to input, update and maintain data across several platforms, keeping it accurate and consistent so the business can operate and make decisions with confidence. What you'll do: - Enter and update data in company databases quickly and accurately - Verify data completeness and integrity - Run routine audits and quality checks, and resolve discrepancies - Help prepare reports for internal stakeholders - Follow data privacy and security policies What we're looking for: - Proven experience in data entry, data analysis or a related role - Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; familiarity with databases a plus - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Able to work independently and manage your time in a remote setting - Good organisation and communication; high school diploma or equivalent How it works: - Full-time, ongoing remote role within US time zones - Compensation: USD 53,400-70,300 per year, plus performance incentives and benefits - Apply through iince.
