The brief
An international team runs a mix of online video calls and occasional in-person sessions and needs every meeting captured accurately. After each meeting you deliver a concise write-up listing the decisions reached, the specific action items, and the owner assigned to each task. Because participants switch between English, Spanish, French and sometimes other languages, you must understand and write clearly in several languages.
What you'll do:
- Capture meetings (typically 30–60 minutes) and produce a clear, structured summary
- List decisions, action items and the owner for each task, with correct names
- Deliver the summary within two hours of the meeting ending
- Share as a Google Doc, with a PDF backup appreciated
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable understanding and writing in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, and others a plus)
- Ability to produce polished summaries free of machine-translation quirks
- Familiarity with tools like Zoom/Teams live captions, Otter.ai and Notion AI
- Accuracy and consistency: clear headings, bullet-pointed actions, correct names
