General Virtual Assistant (Davao City) — Full-Time Remote for a U.S. Business

A U.S.-based business is hiring an experienced General Virtual Assistant to support its daily operations. This is a full-time, long-term remote role worked on U.S. business hours. Applicants must be based in Davao City, Philippines, with at least 5 years of VA experience. What you'll do - Manage emails, calendars, appointments, and scheduling - Handle administrative tasks, data entry, and document organization - Conduct online research and prepare reports - Maintain the CRM/database and support client and vendor coordination - Track projects and help improve processes What we're looking for - Minimum 5 years' professional experience as a Virtual Assistant - Based in Davao City, Philippines - Excellent written and verbal English - Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and project management tools - Strong organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and independence How it works Apply through iince with an updated resume and a short Loom introduction video.
