The brief
A small business owner in the Spanish-speaking market is looking for a proactive, well-organized virtual assistant to keep their information tidy and help customers get quick, clear answers. This is a short, fixed-budget project to start, with potential for ongoing work if it goes well.
What you'll do:
- Copy, organize and clean up information so it is easy to find and use
- Keep spreadsheets accurate and up to date in Microsoft Excel
- Respond to customers and handle day-to-day support with a friendly, professional tone
- Carry out simple online research and general assistant tasks as needed
What we're looking for:
- Solid data-entry skills and genuine attention to detail
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel
- Clear written communication in Spanish
- Able to juggle several small tasks and stay organized
