Bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Medical Assistant — Remote, US Hours

A US orthopedic surgery practice is looking for a warm, professional bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Medical Assistant to support patients and the care team. This is a full-time, fully remote role worked during U.S. Eastern Time business hours, intended as a long-term relationship with a growing practice. What you'll do: - Help patients schedule appointments and answer basic inquiries - Answer incoming phone calls in English and Spanish - Interpret conversations between physicians or staff and Spanish-speaking patients - Help patients complete forms and understand office instructions - Provide general administrative support as needed What we're looking for: - Fluent spoken English and Spanish - Excellent telephone communication with a warm, professional manner - Strong organization and attention to detail - Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace - Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours - Nice to have: medical-office, healthcare or customer-service experience; familiarity with medical terminology, orthopedics, Workers' Comp or No-Fault How it works: - Apply through iince.
