Batch Invoice Data Entry — Excel Transcription Project (Remote)

A private client has a spreadsheet that already holds all the customer details, invoice numbers, dates and totals, and needs those records transcribed into clean, ready-to-use invoices in a single Excel file. This is pure data transcription and formatting — one row or tab per invoice — not accounting. It's a one-off remote project where accuracy matters most. What you'll do: - Transcribe each record (customer details, invoice number, date, total) into a tidy Excel file - Keep formatting clean and consistent, ready to print or convert to PDF - Enter values so they stay intact and don't break any formulas - Double-check every entry before delivery What we're looking for: - Solid data entry and data-processing skills - Proficiency in Excel with neat, consistent formatting - Strong attention to detail and error-checking - Reliable delivery of a clean, finished file How it works: - The client shares the source sheet at kickoff; you transcribe and return the finished Excel file. - Apply through iince.
