A client in the African safari travel sector needs a discreet remote mystery shopper to assess how selected sales contacts handle realistic customer inquiries — in particular, whether they follow proper business procedures or try to divert business into unauthorised personal arrangements. The deliverable is a structured sales-integrity assessment with documented conversations and an objective report. What you'll do - Research Tanzania safari destinations and typical pricing to build believable customer scenarios (couples, families, luxury travellers) - Send customised inquiries to the contacts the client authorises, over WhatsApp and email - Hold natural, non-robotic follow-up conversations - Document every interaction: full WhatsApp/email transcripts, timestamps, a summary of responses, observed appropriate vs. unauthorised practices, supporting screenshots, and an objective conclusion - Complete five full mystery-shopping assessments What we're looking for - Experience in mystery shopping, travel sales, customer research or investigative work - Excellent written English and strong conversational judgement - Ability to manage conversations across both WhatsApp and email - Access to legitimately controlled test WhatsApp numbers and emails (France +33, Spain +34, UK +44) — no spoofing or stolen accounts - Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT to craft natural inquiries - Confidentiality and careful evidence documentation; French or Spanish is a plus How it works Apply through iince.
