iince is recruiting independent mystery shoppers for a long-established customer-experience research company that operates across many countries. You evaluate everyday businesses — restaurants, retailers, phone calls, websites and more — submit objective feedback, and get paid for approved assignments. Work is flexible: you pick shops that fit your schedule and location. What you'll do - Evaluate businesses in store, by phone, or online as an ordinary customer - Follow each shop's instructions and collect the required observations - Submit a clear, objective report - Earn on approved assignments What we're looking for - Able to create a shopper profile (name, date of birth, contact and location preferences) - Able to follow shop instructions and write clear, objective reports - A smartphone is useful for the app (scheduling, navigation, photo upload, report submission) - No fee to apply — you're never asked to cash cheques, wire money or pay to take part How it works - Apply through iince. We review every application and, when you're a fit, introduce you to the company. - Build your shopper profile, then review available shops — requirements, deadlines and pay — and accept the ones you want. - Complete the visit (in-store, phone or website) and submit your report; earn on approved assignments. - Payment is by cheque or direct deposit, typically monthly.
