iince is recruiting detail-oriented independent mystery shoppers for an established US market-research firm. Mystery shopping is a covert research method: you interact with a business as an ordinary customer while collecting specific observations and compliance details, then write up what you saw. Assignments can be in a store, over the phone, or on a website. What you'll do - Complete matched assignments in store, by phone to a call centre, or by evaluating a website - Collect the specific observations and operational details each client requires - Build and submit an accurate, thorough report, which is scored - Choose which opportunities to accept What we're looking for - Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to write accurate, thorough evaluation reports - Able to pass a short (~5-minute) screening test during the application - Willing to provide demographic profile details (clients target specific groups) and tax information for payment - Quick to respond to email/app notifications How it works - Apply through iince. We review every application and, when you're a fit, introduce you to the firm. - You complete a profile and a short screening test, then get matched and scheduled via email and a mobile app. - Review the client's requirements, complete the evaluation, and submit the report. - Get paid monthly for the previous month's completed shops, with reimbursement for any required purchases. Higher ratings lead to more and better-paid offers.
