iince is recruiting mystery shoppers for an established customer-experience research firm operating across the US, UK and Ireland. You get paid to shop, eat or play while discreetly evaluating businesses as an ordinary customer, then submit a report. It's free to join and assignments are found through a free app. What you'll do - Complete a set scenario at a store, restaurant, hotel or other location - Assess staff performance, customer service, cleanliness, merchandising, or run a store audit - Stay discreet — never reveal that you're evaluating the business - Submit an accurate report after each visit What we're looking for - Able to follow a client scenario discreetly and observe service, staff and store condition - Reliable and detail-oriented, with accurate report writing - A smartphone to use the free assignment app - No cost to take part How it works - Apply through iince. We review every application and, when you're a fit, introduce you to the firm. - You register a free account and download the app to find jobs near you. - Complete the required tasks as a normal customer, then submit your report. - Once your report is received, your expenses plus a bit extra are paid.
