Field Survey Enumerator — On-Site Customer Satisfaction Interviews (Malaysia)

A client needs field enumerators to run on-site customer-satisfaction surveys in Malaysia. You approach eligible service customers in person at designated locations, administer a structured questionnaire neutrally, and record their answers accurately through an online survey platform. It's straightforward, paid field data-collection work. What you'll do - Approach eligible customers professionally at agreed locations - Obtain informed consent and administer the questionnaire objectively - Record responses accurately and review them for completeness - Deliver completed questionnaires, raw field notes, an organised spreadsheet dataset with the required demographics, and a short fieldwork report (customers approached, completed surveys, refusals, challenges) What we're looking for - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to follow screening scripts and questionnaire protocols precisely - High attention to detail and accuracy in data recording - Basic computer literacy with online survey platforms, spreadsheets and data entry - Willingness to do in-person fieldwork at designated locations in Malaysia - Commitment to respondent confidentiality, impartiality and ethical data collection; prior survey or market-research experience is a plus but not essential How it works Apply through iince.
