The brief
We're connecting an experienced performance marketer with a US-based B2B digital marketing agency that handles paid media for its own roster of clients. This is an ongoing, part-time engagement (about 20-25 hours per week) with real strategic ownership rather than execution-only work.
What you'll do
- Act as the primary point of contact for a set of assigned client accounts.
- Own performance targets and run paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
- Build structured tests, analyse results and continuously optimise toward goal- or OKR-based outcomes.
- Translate campaign metrics into clear, actionable insights and present them to clients.
- Keep paid media tied directly to each client's sales pipeline.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of paid media experience, including at least 2 years in B2B marketing.
- Hands-on depth with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
- Comfort owning pipeline and outcomes against defined client goals.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
- Strong analytical thinking and confident, clear client communication.
- Availability during US business hours (EST, CST, MST or PST).
How it works
Apply through iince. We review every application and, when you're a good fit, introduce you to the client directly. Their process typically moves from an intro conversation to a hiring-manager interview, a short practical assessment where relevant, and a paid part-time trial on real client work before an ongoing engagement.
How applying works
- Your profile and the short skill tests for this role, about twenty minutes the first time.
- With an account, your details and passed tests are reused; only missing tests are taken.
- We review every application personally and introduce the best fits to the client by email.
