Senior Performance Marketer — Paid User Acquisition (Meta, TikTok, ASA) · Remote Ukraine

A fast-growing AI companionship app with roughly 50 million users is hiring a Senior Performance Marketer to own and scale its paid acquisition channels. This is a hands-on role: you'll inherit high-performing campaigns, work directly with the CMO, and test and scale new channels based on performance. What you'll do - Lead one or two paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, native) with room to expand - Run high-velocity testing loops across creatives, audiences and placements to improve CAC and LTV - Monitor CPA, ROAS, retention and cohort behaviour daily using Voluum, GA4 and internal dashboards - Own the creative briefing process and collaborate on high-converting landing pages - Negotiate premium placements with traffic sources and build SOPs and playbooks to scale What we're looking for - 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition - A track record managing $300K–$1M+/month in paid media - Full ownership of execution, results and optimization - Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA or native platforms - Analytical fluency with GA4, Voluum and tracking setups, plus strong creative instincts Current goals: scale spend 3x+ while holding CAC and ROAS, and help grow the user base from around 30M toward 100M.
