Senior Paid Marketing Strategist — Remote (EU) · TikTok, YouTube, Performance Max, Meta Ads

We're partnering with an established remote-first SaaS company to find a Senior Paid Marketing Strategist who can rethink and scale their paid acquisition. This is a hands-on, strategic seat with real budget ownership across paid social and video. What you'll do: - Own and grow key paid channels — TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads and Google Performance Max — and test new ones such as CTV and audio - Manage six-figure monthly media budgets, making decisions based on CAC, LTV and revenue - Build, launch and optimise full-funnel campaigns that drive signups, from creative brief to measurement - Run structured A/B tests across creative, copy, landing pages, audiences and bidding - Shape the paid measurement approach using marketing mix modelling (MMM) and incrementality testing What we're looking for: - ~6+ years of hands-on, strategic performance marketing and media buying - Deep paid social and video experience (ideally TikTok, YouTube and Meta Ads) - A proven track record managing six-figure monthly budgets efficiently - Strong analytics on CAC, LTV and conversion funnels; comfort with MMM and incrementality - Experience developing creative and UGC assets for paid social How it works: Apply through iince.
