Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Performance Marketing — Remote (US) · B2B SaaS / PLG

We're partnering with a product-led growth B2B SaaS company that is building a paid acquisition capability from scratch. Paid is a new investment layered on top of a large organic/self-serve funnel, so this is a builder role: prove which paid channels drive incremental growth, reporting to the CMO. What you'll do: - Build and own the paid acquisition strategy end-to-end across paid search, paid social, retargeting and sponsorships - Design tests to prove which channels are incremental before scaling spend - Manage an external agency/partner relationship and hold them to targets - Partner with Marketing Ops on attribution and UTM tracking - Build the CAC/payback measurement framework and own budget pacing and ROI - As the program proves out, make the case for a fully staffed paid/performance team What we're looking for: - 6+ years in demand generation or performance marketing with direct ownership of a paid budget (B2B SaaS / PLG) - Hands-on experience running paid search, paid social and retargeting yourself (not just briefing agencies) - A track record of standing up or significantly scaling a paid program at an early stage - Experience managing agencies and holding them to targets - Working knowledge of attribution and measurement (CAC, signup/pipeline contribution, payback) - Experience marketing to developers/technical audiences or a PLG motion is a plus How it works: Apply through iince.
