Paid Social / Meta Ads Marketing Manager — Remote · Latin America (Spanish)

We're partnering with a client who runs two distinct businesses — a construction company and a B2B software company serving contractors across Latin America — to hire an experienced marketer to own and run their paid advertising. This is an ongoing, hourly role with real growth potential. What you'll do: - Manage Facebook/Meta content and paid ad campaigns for two separate brands, keeping strategy and messaging distinct for each - Develop and implement full campaign strategies tailored to each brand and audience - Write ad copy and content in Spanish for paid and social - Track performance, analyse real results, and adjust targeting, creative and bidding to improve reach, conversions and cost per lead - Maintain strict account separation across the two brands What we're looking for: - Proven, demonstrable Meta Ads experience with a portfolio of real campaigns and measurable results - Fluent Spanish and a strong understanding of Latin American markets - Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once with clean brand separation - Data-driven and self-managing How it works: Apply through iince.
