The brief
A business owner is looking for an experienced paid-media specialist to build and run high-performing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with the goal of maximising return on ad spend on both platforms.
What you'll do:
- Plan and structure paid campaigns on Meta and Google
- Handle audience targeting and give creative and copy recommendations
- Set up conversion tracking
- Manage bids and budgets and run A/B tests
- Report performance regularly with clear, actionable insights
What we're looking for:
- Proven PPC experience across Meta Ads and Google Ads (certifications a plus)
- Strategic campaign planning and audience targeting
- Comfort with conversion tracking setup
- Strong analytics skills and honest, useful reporting
