The brief
An established e-commerce business (India market) with full infrastructure in place — website, products, inventory, logistics and fulfilment — is looking for a Meta Ads growth partner to invest in, run and scale Facebook and Instagram Ads on a profit-share basis. Your primary responsibility is advertising: optimising and scaling profitable campaigns.
What you'll do:
- Plan, launch, optimise and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns
- Front the approved ad spend (reimbursed per agreed settlement terms)
- Drive profitable ROAS and grow sales
- Work alongside the owner, who handles products, website, inventory, logistics and operations
What we're looking for:
- A track record running profitable Meta Ads campaigns
- Campaign optimisation and scaling expertise
- Willingness to invest / front ad spend (fully reimbursed under agreed terms)
- A performance and ROAS mindset
How it works (compensation):
This is a profit-share partnership — 30% of net profit plus 100% recovery of approved ad spend from business revenue, under agreed settlement terms. Earnings scale with profitability; there is no guaranteed result.
