The brief
A Web3 company behind a decentralized derivatives exchange is hiring a growth marketing manager to own paid acquisition across major international ad channels. You'll run, optimise and analyse campaigns to steadily improve acquisition efficiency and ROI, and also drive traffic through social and community channels. English is the working language.
What you'll do
- Run and optimise paid campaigns across mainstream international ad channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, native/programmatic) and continuously improve acquisition efficiency and ROI
- Drive traffic through X, Telegram, Reddit, YouTube and new channels
- Handle SEO and GEO / AI-search optimisation
- Track the full funnel — click to registration to deposit to trade — and optimise landing pages
- Run ad tracking and attribution analysis to lower acquisition cost and lift overall conversion
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in international growth marketing, performance marketing or user acquisition
- Hands-on overseas ad-buying: able to build, optimise and analyse campaigns independently
- Familiar with at least two of Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, native/programmatic
- Strong data analysis — able to diagnose creative, channel and funnel issues and propose fixes
- Solid SEO fundamentals and awareness of GEO / AI-search optimisation; English as a working language
- Bonus: crypto/fintech growth experience; AppsFlyer and GA4; social/content/PR; hands-on GEO practice with AI-search tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini)
