The brief
This is a hands-on Google Ads role for someone who knows how to turn paid search into real business leads - not just clicks and traffic. You'll manage Google Search campaigns for lead-generation clients whose customers are based in the United States.
What you'll do:
- Plan, build, launch and manage Google Search campaigns across multiple client businesses
- Research keywords and identify high-intent search terms
- Optimise for qualified leads and enquiries rather than vanity traffic
- Monitor and continually improve campaign performance
What we're looking for:
- Strong, practical Google Ads knowledge with a lead-generation focus
- Experience managing Google Search campaigns end to end
- Solid keyword research and search-intent judgement
- Comfort working across several client accounts
