Google Ads Lead-Generation Expert — Multi-Brand Campaign Management (Remote)

A multi-brand company (India market) is hiring a part-time Google Ads expert to plan, manage, optimise and scale paid-search campaigns across three brands. The focus is quality leads, enquiries, phone calls and conversions at an efficient cost per lead — with ownership of performance, not just setup. What you'll do: - Plan, launch and manage Search campaigns (including call-focused) across three brands - Run keyword research, competitor analysis and audience targeting - Manage budgets, bids, search terms, negative keywords and ad copy - Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager - Monitor and improve lead quality, conversion rate and CPA; scale winners and cut waste - Share regular performance reports backed by real data What we're looking for: - Proven hands-on Google Ads management - Strong lead-generation and local-business advertising knowledge - Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager experience - Multi-brand / multi-account management (preferred) - Data-driven decision-making and clear reporting How it works: Apply through iince with campaign examples, your results and CPL, your approach on a controlled budget, and your availability and expected monthly fee.
