The brief
A family-owned B2B company that serves luxury hospitality and commercial clients is moving paid search in-house from an outside agency and hiring a Google Ads specialist to own it. You'll run the full Google Ads account for high-ticket B2B lead generation and work closely with the sales team. Success in your first 90 days means measurable drops in cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
What you'll do
- Own the Google Ads account end to end: keyword research, bidding strategy, ad copy, budget management and reporting
- Optimise account structure and bids to lower CPL and CAC
- Join internal sales calls to uncover new keywords, audiences and verticals (some sessions outside standard hours)
- Coordinate landing-page updates with the team
- Track deliverables in a PM tool and report to leadership with clear, data-backed numbers
What we're looking for
- 3+ years hands-on Google Ads management, with 2+ years in B2B lead generation (not e-commerce/B2C)
- Documented CPL and CAC reductions with specific figures
- Experience targeting commercial or enterprise buyers with consultative, high-ticket sales cycles
- Comfortable giving MQL/SQL feedback to a sales team to refine keywords and audiences
- Hands-on with a PM tool (Monday.com, Asana, Trello or ClickUp); English at C1 or above
- Nice to have: luxury/hospitality exposure, GA4 + Looker Studio, and a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho)
