E-Commerce Returns & Refunds Workflow Designer — Shopify/WooCommerce (Remote)

An online store owner wants to build a dedicated returns process so that when a customer wants to return a product, the experience is smooth and the team can process each request without confusion or delay. This is a one-off setup project to design the full workflow and the supporting documents. What you'll do: - Design an end-to-end returns/refunds workflow covering customer steps (fill form, print label, reship) and internal steps (item verification, stock update, refund or exchange) - Build a user-friendly returns form embeddable in Shopify or WooCommerce (or standalone HTML) - Write a clear, customer-friendly returns policy that still protects the business - Produce a staff operations guide: feedback email templates, status codes and pre-refund checks - Recommend an integration approach (Google Sheets, ERP or a dedicated plugin) with basic error logging What we're looking for: - Proven experience designing returns/refunds workflows for online stores - Hands-on skills with Shopify/WooCommerce forms or standalone HTML - Clear bilingual (Malay/English) documentation - Practical, business-aware policy writing How it works: - This is a fixed-price setup project; the store is open to your recommended platform, integration and timeline. - Apply through iince.
