Remote Customer Service Rep — Work from Home (1099), US

A US remote customer-service network connects independent contractors (1099) with flexible, fully remote contracts supporting recognized retail and e-commerce brands. The retail contracts cover online orders, order support and returns. What you'll do: - Answer product and service questions - Assist with orders, account issues and general requests - Process order changes, returns or refunds depending on the contract - Navigate several tools while helping customers and document interactions What we're looking for: - A quiet home workspace, reliable internet and self-motivation (no degree or prior experience required for this role) - Transferable customer-service, retail, e-commerce, returns or order-support background is valued - US-based and able to work as a self-employed (1099) independent contractor How it works: - Create a profile, complete the questions and assessments, and get approved (often within about a day), then pick an exclusive contract and complete its certification before servicing. - You choose when and how much to work within the available hours.
