The brief
An online store that sells cash-on-delivery (COD) in the Panama market needs a proactive, organised virtual assistant to manage order confirmation. The goal is to confirm each order is valid and the customer is available to receive it before it ships, plus handle basic customer questions. Remote, project-based, in Spanish.
What you'll do
- Contact each customer by WhatsApp and phone call to confirm order details (full name, delivery address, availability to receive)
- Update each order's status in the store platform as confirmed or cancelled
- Answer basic questions about products and the delivery process
- Keep accurate records across many daily interactions
What we're looking for
- Strong, friendly communication in Spanish; detail-oriented and reliable
- Prior experience in customer service or online order management
- Comfortable with data entry and phone handling
- Able to manage a high volume of daily contacts without losing accuracy
