Spanish-speaking Shopify specialist to confirm and track cash-on-delivery (COD) orders for an e-commerce store. Confirm orders on WhatsApp and phone, validate addresses, track deliveries to completion and cut cancellation/return rates. Remote, ~4–5 hours each morning, Spain time.

The brief
A Shopify e-commerce store on the cash-on-delivery (COD) model needs a specialist to confirm and track orders. You'll have access to the Shopify platform and automation tools to view and manage all orders, working around 4–5 hours each morning on Spain time. Remote, project-based, in Spanish.
What you'll do
- Confirm orders with customers on WhatsApp, falling back to phone calls when there's no reply
- Correct and validate shipping addresses (postal code matching the town)
- Verify product and quantity accuracy on each order
- Track shipped orders through to final delivery, resolving incidents and contacting customers as needed
- Apply strategies to reduce cancellation and return rates
What we're looking for
- Demonstrable e-commerce experience with the cash-on-delivery (COD) model
- Advanced command of the Shopify platform
- Experience confirming orders via WhatsApp and phone
- Excellent communication in Spanish
- Availability in the mornings, Spain time, ~4–5 hours daily
- Comfortable with CRM, basic technical support, testing and APIs is a plus
