Customer Support & Order Communication VA — E-commerce (Remote, Night Shift)

An e-commerce operation needs a detail-obsessed Customer Support VA to run all order-related communication on the night shift (10pm–6am Philippine time), so it matches the business's operating hours. If no customer gets missed and no reply runs late on your watch, this role is for you. What you'll do - Sign into the business email and reply to customer messages using provided templates. - Send order confirmation and update emails for new orders. - Follow up with customers every 48–72 hours until tracking is provided. - Maintain a Google Sheet logging who was contacted and when. - Escalate refund and chargeback issues to the owner immediately. What we're looking for - Fluent written and spoken English. - Available for the night shift (10pm–6am PH time). - Extremely organised and detail-oriented — no missed customers, no late replies. - Comfortable building and maintaining a simple email-tracking sheet. - Reliable internet and a fast learner who stays calm with large order volumes.
