Online Store Customer Chat Admin — Remote (Bahasa Indonesia)

An online retail shop needs daily help handling customer and prospective-buyer chats across its marketplace and WhatsApp Business channels. All conversations are in Bahasa Indonesia, and the priority is fast, polite, accurate answers so buyers get the information they need. What you'll do: - Monitor and reply to customer chats on the store's channels (mainly marketplace and WhatsApp Business) - Answer questions on product specs, prices, stock availability and the purchase process clearly and accurately - Respond fast (within about 5 minutes during operating hours) in a polite, on-brand tone - Log recurring questions to keep the FAQ up to date - Escalate complex complaints or technical issues to the internal team - Send a short end-of-day report (chat volume, main questions, follow-ups) What we're looking for: - Prior online customer-service / chat-admin experience - Familiarity with WhatsApp Business quick replies, tags and labels - Professional, polite, on-brand communication in Bahasa Indonesia - Reliable fast responses during operating hours How it works: - Ongoing daily chat-handling role, hourly engagement (USD 15–25/hour). - Apply through iince.
