Kannada-Speaking Phone Support & Order-Taking Specialist — Remote

A small but busy consumer business needs a reliable, fluent Kannada speaker to answer the phone on the owner's behalf and represent the brand warmly and professionally. Most calls are inbound, with the occasional follow-up to close an issue. You'll work with a knowledge base, clear escalation paths, and a cloud CRM and VoIP dashboard. What you'll do: - Answer inbound calls in Kannada, supporting customers and solving problems patiently - Take orders and bookings accurately - Log every interaction in real time in the cloud CRM and VoIP dashboard - Make occasional follow-up or clarification calls - Send a concise end-of-day summary: resolved tickets, open issues awaiting the owner, and ideas to improve call flow What we're looking for: - Fluent Kannada and a calm, patient phone manner, even with frustrated callers - Quick, accurate note-taking directly into a CRM - Punctual availability during the agreed shift window - Prior experience with help-desk tools such as Freshdesk or Zendesk - Dependable internet for stable call quality How it works: - This is a shift-based, ongoing role.
