E-Commerce Store Manager / Online Store Specialist — Remote (Saudi Arabia, UTC+3)

A marketing-solutions company in Saudi Arabia is hiring a full-time, remote E-Commerce Specialist (online store manager) to set up, manage and run an online store on a daily basis. A core part of the role is order operations: following up on and fulfilling orders, monitoring shipping and delivery, and following up with customers after their orders ship. What you'll do: - Set up and operate the online store end to end - Track orders daily, execute fulfillment, and monitor shipping and delivery - Follow up with customers after their orders leave - Improve the site's UX and purchase flow with clear product and service information - Keep store content and data updated periodically - Analyze sales and finances and report on performance regularly What we're looking for: - Hands-on experience setting up and operating e-commerce stores - A strong grasp of order fulfillment and shipping/delivery monitoring - Customer follow-up and service skills - An analytical mindset for sales and performance reporting - Comfort owning a store day to day in a remote team How it works: - This is a full-time remote role on UTC+3 hours; some additional digital-marketing tasks may be assigned. - Apply through iince.
