The brief

A growing US clean-label food brand is hiring an Operations / Order Management Specialist to own its order-to-cash (O2C) pipeline across Amazon, Walmart and wholesale channels. This is a full-time, fully remote role worked on US Pacific Time. What you'll do - Manage daily order queues in the company's ERP (e.g. DOSS, NetSuite, Cin7), fix order-sync exceptions and keep records accurate - Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to prevent stockouts - Invoice fulfilled orders, run aging/AR reports and follow up on payments, reconciling in QuickBooks Online - Reconcile Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace inbound shipments and file claims - Handle wholesale account paperwork and lot/expiry tracking What we're looking for - 2+ years in operations, order management or admin support (CPG, e-commerce or food & beverage preferred) - Hands-on with an ERP/inventory system and QuickBooks Online - Experience maintaining Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace - Strong written and spoken English for collections and support - High data accuracy, a root-cause mindset, reliable US Pacific availability and stable 50 Mbps internet with backup How it works - Apply through iince.
