Operations Support Specialist — E-commerce Order Ops, WooCommerce & Zapier (Remote, Full-Time)

A US-based e-commerce company that supplies research-grade laboratory products to researchers and labs — shipping same-day from a US fulfillment center — is hiring an Operations Support Specialist. You'll join a small, fast-moving remote team and work directly with the founders and operations team to keep the daily operation running smoothly. What you'll do - Coordinate order processing, shipping and fulfillment. - Manage customer chats and respond to inquiries. - Maintain order trackers, inventory records and CRM data. - Monitor inventory and help with monthly projections. - Create product labels and keep product information accurate across ordering platforms. - Build and troubleshoot Zapier automations. - Update order forms, product mappings and WooCommerce listings. - Investigate shipping issues, returns and fulfillment discrepancies. What we're looking for - Previous experience in operations support, e-commerce, fulfillment or customer support. - Strong organization and exceptional attention to detail. - Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets. - Experience with Zapier, WooCommerce, Canva or similar tools is a plus. - Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving. - Able to work independently, juggle priorities and pick up new systems quickly. - Excellent written English, reliable internet and a quiet workspace. How it works - This is a full-time (40 hrs/week), long-term independent-contractor role on US Eastern business hours, Monday to Friday, paid US$12/hour. - Open to candidates based in South Africa, Latin America or Eastern Europe. - Apply through iince.
