E-Commerce Customer Service Agent — Email/Chat Support, Shopify (Remote)

A growing e-commerce fragrance brand is hiring a Customer Service Agent to look after its shoppers over email and messaging. You'll resolve order, delivery, return and refund enquiries, coordinate with the warehouse and follow up until each issue is fully resolved. This is a fully remote, independent-contractor role with no graveyard shift and scheduled weekend shifts. What you'll do: - Respond to customer emails and messages promptly and professionally - Resolve order, delivery, return and refund enquiries - Coordinate with the warehouse and follow up until issues are resolved - Keep clear, accurate notes following customer-service procedures What we're looking for: - Excellent written English - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving - Customer service experience, ideally in e-commerce - Shopify experience a plus - Typing speed of at least 50 WPM - Reliable internet and your own computer, with availability for scheduled weekend shifts - Comfortable using Hubstaff time tracking How it works: - This is an ongoing contractor role with no graveyard shift and a path to grow into team leadership and management. - Apply through iince.
