The brief
A dropshipping store is looking for an organized, proactive order-operations assistant to keep its orders moving and its customers happy. This is a small, fixed-price project to start.
What you'll do
- Confirm new orders and keep order records accurate.
- Track shipments and follow up on anything that stalls.
- Answer customer questions about the status of their orders.
- Spot and resolve delivery problems and incidents before they become complaints.
What we're looking for
- Experience in e-commerce or dropshipping operations.
- Solid virtual-assistant skills: data entry, email handling and customer service.
- A knack for quickly identifying a problem and fixing it.
- Organized, proactive and dependable.
