The brief

A Spain-based e-commerce store built on the cash-on-delivery (COD) model needs a responsible, proactive person for daily order management. The role is customer-facing and fast-paced, covering confirmation, shipping follow-up and post-sale. Remote, project-based, in Spanish. Experience with COD fulfillment platforms (e.g. Dropi) is a plus. What you'll do - Confirm orders via WhatsApp with clear, friendly communication - Verify customer data (full name, phone, shipping address, postal code) to minimise errors - Manage and resolve delivery incidents quickly - Track in-transit orders continuously and recover problem orders and returns - Upsell during order confirmation and offer shipping protection - Produce daily results and KPI reports in Google Sheets What we're looking for - Excellent communication and fast task execution - Friendly, professional customer manner at all times - Comfortable with data entry, Excel/Google Sheets and phone handling - Experience with COD order operations or fulfillment tools (e.g. Dropi) is valued How it works - Apply through iince.
