The brief
An operator of several online women's fashion stores — serving customers in Canada, Australia and Europe — needs a full-time Customer Support Specialist experienced with Shopify dropshipping. A system drafts replies from approved templates; you are the human who verifies them against order and tracking details, corrects per policy, and sends the right answer, while chasing the fulfillment partner on delayed or problem orders.
What you'll do
- Check and send customer replies about orders, delivery delays, sizing, returns and address changes.
- Verify order details, tracking and amounts before anything goes out.
- Follow up on delayed and problem orders with the fulfillment partner.
- Request photos or extra information when a case needs it.
- Keep clear case notes and make sure no email waits more than 24 hours.
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of customer support for Shopify dropshipping stores.
- Women's fashion dropshipping experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent written English and sharp attention to detail (dates, amounts, tracking).
- Experience with shipping delays, tracking issues, sizing complaints, returns and refunds.
- Calm and professional with upset customers; able to follow written procedures unsupervised.
- Stable internet, your own laptop and a quiet workspace.
