Full-time remote support role for a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand. Own email and social customer inquiries in Commslayer and process returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds accurately at high volume.

The brief
A fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brand is building a lean support team and needs a Customer Support Agent who can keep a busy queue clean. You'll own customer inquiries by email and social media and handle order operations with speed and accuracy, following tight SOPs.
What you'll do
- Own email and social media inquiries inside Commslayer.
- Process returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds accurately.
- Spot complex issues quickly and escalate them to the Customer Support Manager.
- Use macros and templates while keeping every reply human.
- Keep the queue clean and hit per-shift ticket targets.
What we're looking for
- Real e-commerce customer service experience, ideally with DTC brands.
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, Recharge and Commslayer.
- Confident handling returns and exchanges by SOP.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Reliable internet with a backup connection; independent, detail-obsessed and KPI-driven.
