Customer Service & Order Confirmation Specialist — Remote (Spain, part-time hours)

A Spanish e-commerce is looking for a freelancer to handle customer service calls and order confirmation. You'll work from a private online orders panel, understand why each customer needs contact, follow instructions, call to confirm or clarify, and record the result of every interaction. Remote, in Spanish, roughly 10–20 hours per week, mornings Monday to Friday. What you'll do - Access a private online panel to see pending orders - Understand the reason for each contact and follow the provided instructions - Call customers to resolve questions or confirm information - Record the outcome of each interaction directly in the panel What we're looking for - Responsible and organised, with excellent telephone communication - Native Spanish or a very close-to-Spain accent - Valued: prior experience in customer service, e-commerce management or CRM use - Reliable availability in the mornings, Spain time, Monday to Friday How it works - Apply through iince.
