A growing e-commerce operation needs a Spanish-speaking agent in Latin America to confirm cash-on-delivery orders by phone and WhatsApp, resolve delivery incidents, and keep customers informed. Hourly pay plus a delivery-rate bonus.

The brief
An established e-commerce brand selling on a cash-on-delivery (COD) model is building out its order-operations team and is looking for a reliable, well-spoken agent based in Latin America.
What you'll do
- Call and message customers on WhatsApp Business right after they order, to confirm their details and secure their commitment to receive the parcel.
- Manage delivery incidents with carriers: incomplete addresses, customers who weren't home, reschedules.
- Answer customer questions about shipping, changes and complaints.
- Record and update each order's status daily in the company's system.
What we're looking for
- You live in Latin America and speak clear, fluent, persuasive Spanish on the phone.
- Verifiable experience with COD e-commerce order confirmation.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business and standard e-commerce tools.
- A quiet place to make calls, a headset with a mic, and a stable internet connection.
