Spanish/English Bilingual Customer Service Rep — Remote (1099), US

A US remote customer-service network contracts bilingual (Spanish/English) independent contractors (1099) to support recognized retail and e-commerce brands — fully remote. You'll help both Spanish- and English-speaking customers with orders, accounts and everyday questions. What you'll do: - Answer product and service questions in Spanish and English - Assist with orders, account issues and general requests - Process order changes, returns or refunds depending on the contract - Document interactions accurately What we're looking for: - Fluent Spanish and English - A quiet home workspace, reliable internet and self-motivation (no degree required) - Transferable retail, e-commerce, customer-service or order-support experience is valued - US-based and able to work as a self-employed (1099) independent contractor How it works: - Create a profile, complete the questions and assessments, and get approved (often within about a day), then choose an exclusive bilingual contract and finish its certification before servicing. - You decide when and how much to work within the available hours.
