Bilingual Customer Service Agent (Spanish/English) — Email & Chat, Remote

A 24/7 customer-experience company that supports online brands is hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Agent, fully remote. You'll diagnose and resolve customer issues in both languages over email and chat, build deep product knowledge, and work with your team to keep raising the quality of support. What you'll do - Resolve customer questions and issues in Spanish and English by email and chat - Build deep product knowledge so your answers are accurate and helpful - Keep a positive, empathetic and professional tone on every contact - Work with peers and managers to improve the overall customer experience What we're looking for - Fluent Spanish (C1 or higher) and excellent English - 1+ years of customer service experience - Quick thinking and efficient problem-solving - A proactive team player How it works This is a full-time remote role within a 24/7 operation serving brands across the US, the EU and beyond, with real room to grow.
